ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of conduct and content that all users — Creators, Subscribers, and visitors — must observe when using the FansClique platform, operated by Mediagaze Limited (Company No. 16645155). This AUP forms part of the FansClique Terms of Service and must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, and Fans & Creators Agreement.

Violation of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

 

2. Permitted Content

FansClique is an adult content subscription platform for users aged 18 and over. The following categories of content are permitted:

  • Original, consensual adult content between verified adult participants (all persons featured must be 18 years of age or older at the time of creation and must have provided documented informed consent);
  • Artistic, creative, or lifestyle content of a non-sexual nature;
  • Educational content, tutorials, and commentary that comply with applicable law;
  • Personal brand content, fashion, fitness, music, and similar legitimate creator categories.

All permitted content must comply with applicable law in the UK and in the Creator's jurisdiction.

3. HIGH RISK CONDUCT BAN

Mediagaze limited and fansclique maintains a zero -tolerance policy for non-consensual content, illegal depiction or content involving minors. violation results in immediate account seizure and forfeiture of all paxum/bank settlement.

 

4. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

 

⚠  The following categories are absolutely prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement. There are no exceptions and no appeals for child exploitation material.

 

4.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Minor Exploitation

  • Any content depicting, simulating, suggesting, or referencing sexual activity involving any person under 18 years of age;
  • Content that exploits, endangers, sexualises, or grooms minors in any context;
  • Fictional or animated content that depicts minors in sexual situations.

Confirmed violations will be reported immediately to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the National Crime Agency (NCA), NCMEC (US), and all applicable law enforcement agencies.

4.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Content recorded, produced, or distributed without the clear, documented consent of all persons featured;
  • Revenge porn, intimate image abuse, or non-consensual sharing of private material;
  • Content obtained through blackmail, coercion, or deception.

4.3 Exploitative & Abusive Content

  • Content depicting, glorifying, or facilitating human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced prostitution;
  • Escorting solicitation or promotion of in-person sexual services;
  • Content involving coercion, assault, or simulated non-consensual acts presented approvingly.

4.4 Violent, Extremist & Harmful Content

  • Content glorifying, facilitating, or inciting terrorism, extremism, or political violence;
  • Graphic depictions of murder, torture, or severe mutilation presented for gratification;
  • Content encouraging or depicting suicide, self-harm, or dangerous activities.

4.5 Hate Speech & Discrimination

  • Content inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • Dehumanising portrayals or slurs targeting protected groups.

4.6 Illegal Content

  • Content promoting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing;
  • Illegal drug promotion or supply;
  • Promotion of unlicensed weapons, explosives, or controlled substances;
  • Pirated or counterfeit material infringing third-party intellectual property rights.

4.7 Other Prohibited Categories

  • Content involving incest, bestiality, or necrophilia;
  • Doxxing — publishing private personal information to facilitate harassment;
  • Scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive schemes.

 

5. Creator Responsibilities

  • Verify the identity and age (18+) of all persons featured in Content before upload and maintain documentation;
  • Obtain and retain documented informed consent from all featured persons before upload;
  • Ensure all content descriptions, pricing, and subscription terms are accurate and non-misleading;
  • Complete FansClique's KYC verification process accurately and with truthful documentation;
  • Not solicit fans for off-platform payments, contact, or services.

 

6. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Interact respectfully with Creators and other users at all times;
  • Not share, reproduce, download, screenshot, or redistribute Creator Content outside FansClique without explicit authorisation;
  • Respect Creator privacy and not misuse personal details obtained through the Platform.

 

7. Financial Conduct

  • Not attempt to circumvent or bypass FansClique's payment systems;
  • Not solicit or arrange off-platform financial transactions;
  • Not engage in chargeback abuse or payment fraud;
  • Not use FansClique to launder funds or conceal the origin of payments.

 

8. Platform Integrity

  • Not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt FansClique systems or infrastructure;
  • Not deploy malware, bots, scrapers, or automated scripts against the Platform;
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent verification or bans;
  • Not impersonate any person, brand, or organisation.

 

9. Enforcement

9.1 Moderation Approach

FansClique employs both automated detection and human review to enforce this AUP. Automated systems flag potential violations for human review. Our Trust & Safety team makes final enforcement decisions.

9.2 Response Timescales

  • CSAM / child exploitation: immediate removal upon detection; law enforcement referral within 24 hours;
  • Non-consensual content: removal within 4 hours of validated report;
  • Other prohibited content: reviewed within 48 hours; removed if in violation;
  • Disputed content (grey areas): reviewed within 5 business days with outcome communicated.

9.3 Enforcement Actions

Available actions include: content removal; content restriction; formal warning; temporary suspension; permanent account termination; withholding of funds; and referral to law enforcement. Actions are proportionate to the severity of the violation.

9.4 Permanent Ban — No Appeal

Accounts found to have uploaded, distributed, or possessed CSAM or content involving minors will be permanently and irrevocably banned with no right of appeal. All associated funds will be forfeited.

 

10. Reporting

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations. Reports can be submitted to: [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Reporters may request a follow-up on the outcome of their report.

False, malicious, or retaliatory reports may result in enforcement action against the reporting user.

 

11. Policy Updates

Mediagaze reserves the right to update this AUP to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in-Platform notice. Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance.
