FansClique Acceptable Use Policy

FansClique is a platform designed to empower creators and foster positive interactions between
creators and fans. To ensure a safe, respectful, and lawful environment, we have establish
ed this Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy"). This Policy applies to all users of FansClique, including
creators, fans, and visitors. By using FansClique, you agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined
below.

1. Prohibited Content
FansClique is committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and lawful environment. As such, the
following types of content are strictly prohibited:
1.1 Illegal Content
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including content promoting illegal
activities, violence, or the exploitation of individuals.
- Content involving or depicting minors (under the age of 18), including child sexual abuse
material (CSAM) or any other form of exploitation.
1.2 Violent, Harmful, or Abusive Content
- Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, or abuse (including
physical, emotional, or psychological abuse).
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement to harm others, either online or offline.
1.3 Infringing Content
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted
material, trademarks, or other proprietary rights without the necessary permissions (refer to the
FansClique DMCA Policy for further details).
1.4 Fraudulent or Deceptive Content
- Content intended to deceive or defraud other users, including impersonation of others, posting
misleading information, or scamming.
- Phishing attempts, including asking for sensitive information (such as login credentials or
financial details) under false pretenses.
1.5 Discriminatory or Hateful Content
- Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based
on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other
protected characteristic.
1.6 Adult Content Restrictions
While FansClique permits adult content, creators must ensure that all individuals featured in
such content are over the age of 18 and that their participation is consensual. Any content
involving non-consensual acts, illegal sexual activities, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities
In addition to the content restrictions, certain activities on FansClique are not allowed:
2.1 Misuse of the Platform
- Attempting to manipulate the FansClique platform, including hacking, unauthorized access to
accounts, or distributing malware or viruses.
- Using FansClique for the purpose of doxxing, stalking, or exposing personal information of
others without their consent.
2.2 Spamming
- Posting unsolicited promotional content, spam, or advertisements that disrupt the experience
of other users. This includes posting repetitive or irrelevant content and sending mass
unsolicited messages to fans or other users.
2.3 Financial Fraud
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks, fake donations, or falsifying payment
information in an attempt to defraud FansClique or its users.
2.4 Circumvention of Platform Fees
- Attempting to bypass FansClique’s payment systems by directing users to external sites or
soliciting payments outside the platform, which violates the platform's financial agreements.

3. Creator-Specific Guidelines
FansClique is built to support creators and offers various revenue-generating models. However,
creators must adhere to the following guidelines:
3.1 Age Verification
- All creators must be over the age of 21 to upload content. FansClique employs a robust age
verification system to ensure compliance. Failure to provide accurate information or attempts to
falsify age verification details will result in account suspension.
3.2 Fair and Accurate Pricing
- FansClique’s clout-based pricing system is designed to allow creators flexibility, including the
ability to become super creators and set higher price caps. Creators must set fair prices and
avoid misleading their audience with exaggerated or false claims.
3.3 Consensual Content
- Creators must ensure that all individuals involved in the creation of content, particularly in adult
or explicit content, have given their full and informed consent. Content involving non-consensual
acts or individuals who are not aware of their participation is strictly prohibited.

4. Fan-Specific Guidelines
Fans are essential to the ecosystem of FansClique. To maintain a respectful and enjoyable
experience, fans must adhere to these rules:
4.1 Respectful Interaction
- Fans must engage with creators and other users respectfully. Any form of harassment, abuse,
or unwanted attention directed at creators will not be tolerated. Fans who violate this will face
suspension or removal from the platform.
4.2 Content Access
- Fans are not permitted to share, distribute, or reproduce any content purchased or accessed
through FansClique without explicit permission from the creator. Sharing paid content outside
the platform or pirating content is prohibited and will result in account termination.
4.3 Privacy
- Fans must respect the privacy of creators. Personal details shared by creators should not be
disseminated or used for malicious purposes. Violating this rule may lead to legal action.

5. Enforcement of the Policy
FansClique reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content or accounts that
violate this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Content removal or modification.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts.
- Legal action, where necessary, especially in cases involving illegal activities or the
endangerment of others.
Users who repeatedly or egregiously violate the terms outlined in this Policy may face
permanent removal from FansClique, as well as potential legal consequences.
